To do anything properly we need to ensure that we have right amount of time to establish where we currently are, what we need to do to move to the next level, and then implement the strategy - things can then change as we evolve. Depending on where you are right now in your business, you could go quicker or slower than the 12 months, and whilst it is not a "hard and fast deadline" we know that spending arouund a year completing the programme properly is key.

We love the enthusiasm, however it is unlikely that through the application process that we would offer you a position on the programme. We only work with established businesses as we realise that the investment level to improve an existing set of processes may be prohibitive for a start up who may be needing this funding for other things. There are exceptions, but we would discuss that with you if you apply.

We always create programmes that offer guarantees, however we know that with this type of programmes, some businesses want to learn the tools, deploy them and then claim that they don't work - because of the guarantee. Despite the fact that we advise clients to use guarantees in their sales offers, as we have little control of the implementation, there is no money-back guarantee, however if you complete the programme, implement all of the action points and don't see an improvement in your service, referrals and overall business, we will work with you until this is rectified.
